The old Showers that people are still able to see if they dare enter the Asylum. People are lured most commonly by vampires into the showers, and having them locked inside. Causing them to panic. Vampires feed and wash away the extra blood. If you listen closely -- you can hear the giggles of the females and the chatter of the males.
